St Andrews toilet refurbishment has been completed as the church was handed back from the builders on St Andrew's Day, 30th November.
Two new accessible toilets and a small washing up area have been installed in St Andrew's following hard work from the members of the church in getting plans approved, locating sources of funding and making decisions on colour schemes and finishes. They are an improvement on previous facilities and have been well received. We are thankful to all who contributed to this project.
The PCC are planning to twin the toilets. This will help fund a project in a poor community that will enable families to build a basic toilet, have access to clean water and learn about hygiene – a vital combination that saves lives.
