Sponsorship forms for those wanting to take part in this year's Ride and Stride event are now available. Most churches are expecting to be open with people on hand to sign in walkers and riders, though a few may still be 'self -service' (unmanned with a sign-in sheet on a table) as in the past two years.

If you are taking part, please nominate Old Felixstowe Parish to receive half of the sponsorship money you raise - the rest will go to the Suffolk Historic Churches Trust for the upkeep of the county's wonderful places of worship. 

St Peter and St Paul, St Andrew's and St Nicholas churches will be open to receive visitors. We are looking for a team of people to sign-in cyclists and walkers.
