“Come and..make music” we said…..and they did! 17 children came along and after a drink and some cake we all learned about bells and bell plates.

So after a demonstration the children were keen to  have a go…and they loved it! Mostly we knew the tunes and could sing along - especially to Old Macdonald, Twinkle, twinkle little star and Happy Birthday. As the adults were beginning to settle and enjoy themselves we gave them the chance to have a go too, which put them on the spot. But they rose to the challenge and really were good. We had a busy (noisy) time and all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
